In celebration of their two-year anniversary in Scotts Square, PizzaExpress is launching an exclusive “Crispy Rendang” pizza. This vegetarian pizza is topped with a “meat-free beef” from Quorn®, mozzarella, red onion, red chilli, jalapeños, coriander, parsley and a homemade rendang sauce.
Why on earth would PizzaExpress make Rendang crispy, you might ask? Well, don’t worry. Their Executive Chef, Louie Moong, would never make the mistake of thinking a good rendang should be crispy. Indeed, it’s only the Romana pizza base that packs a crunch; the topping is just as how Rendang should be.
The “Crispy Rendang” pizza is available exclusively in Scotts Square, in July.
