All transactions (registration of membership, earning of points, and redemption of rewards) must be done in person at the Scotts Square Concierge Desk, on the same day as purchase.
Member’s Scarlet Rewards card, receipts and charge slips must be presented. Duplicate/re-printed receipts will not be accepted.
The Concierge Desk is located at the Level 1 Atrium, operating from 10am to 10pm daily.
Membership is valid for 12 months from date of registration. Membership shall be extended for a period of 12 months with a minimum of 1 point earned during membership validity period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual from this Program and/or vary the Terms and Conditions herein at any time, at its absolute discretion, without giving any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
