V-DINING, helmed by Executive Chef John-Paul Fiechtner (JP for short), is a laid-back fine-dining
restaurant that offers an engaging multi-course menu that is designed to surprise and comfort in equal
measure. The contemporary fine dining menu focuses on seasonal produce. Dishes are edgy, yet
refined – reflecting the chef’s philosophy that sophisticated dining can also be accessible and fun.
At lunchtime, guests can expect a constantly evolving menu with dishes that change depending on
the produce Chef JP selects on his visits to the local market. With floor-to-ceiling windows and an
open kitchen, at nightfall V-DINING transforms into an intimate space ideal for special gatherings with
friends and family. Plant-based menu options are also available. Beverage pairings are similarly
adventurous and invite guests to embark on an unconventional voyage of discovery on every visit.
